What do you value, and how do you put it into action?

Every year since 2016, as part of our World Values Day campaign, we ask our partners and followers to share their values with us.

It is a popular exercise that works well for both individuals and teams. When teams come together to discuss values it builds trust and understanding of one another. Values exercises for teams and small businesses help build resilience, motivation, conflict resolution, and improve communication. If you'd like to do your own Values Challenge with your team you can find a free one-hour workshop on our website. We also have Values Challenge resources for schools and community groups.

For individuals, as either an employee or a business owner, sharing your values helps build an authentic brand and can help establish collaborations and relationships with stakeholders.

World Values Day is on Thursday October 19th this year. Throughout the month of October, we would love for you to share one or your favourite values with us on how you put it into practice.?

When you share your value and action why not take a selfie using our ready-made template, like those examples seen in our article image above.
