What do you do to show your clients you LOVE them?

We love our clients....
I was taking my dogs to the groomers one day and they were so busy that they treated me as if I was 'in the way' I thought 'familiarity breeds contempt' and it didn't feel good. The following week I met someone who was talking about a dog groomer where the clients (dogs and people) felt loved and appreciated. Where they took time with each client rather than rushing head long and shouting "next!" in order to get as many clients 'processed' as possible. I booked an appointment with the new groomer and she said - "Oh you are lucky, you are the last client we are allowing in at the moment!" "We love our clients and we don't want so many that we cannot offer incredible service . So every often we close the door to new clients so we can make sure we offer quality to the ones we have got" I thought - that is fantastic. And the service was amazing - a warm welcome, incredible skill, a ribbon for each dog, and photos on their Facebook page of our lovely dogs.

We love our clients and think about them all the time. We think about their concerns and hopes and dreams and we work hard to support them in every way both as individuals and in their corporate roles. We are thinking about how best to Love our Clients apart from the bottom of Maslow's pyramid - doing great work, on time and within budget. What things do you do to show your clients you love them?
