What do you see in this picture? survival mode?

Do you automatically resonate with this picture? Do you see and feel The stress of having to respond for a work deadline? Are you ever the distracted, disconnected dad at a sporting practice? I'll be honest it wasn't long ago before I learned the simple process to be in the moment I would say yes to all of the above.

Before I was always in the "survival mode" running around in constant stress. Always putting out fires feeling guilt and shame for not taking care of my self or my family.

Then I identified my top 3 priorities. Let me share them they are 1. Self 2.Family 3.Purpose (career)

For me to be in the space of integrity, I need to always ask my self the question "In performing this task how does it align with my top 3 priorities".  

Now the thing to remember all 3 of my priorities affect the outcome of each other, and one is not more important than the other.  

In this pic, I am at my daughter's softball practice. So I am supporting Family, I also enjoy helping out when I can. This helps me stay healthy when I get to do physical activity (self). Then here in the picture, I had a quick break, and I am responding to a potential client.  

So in this pic, I am in service to all 3 of my top priorities. I am calm focused, and I get to be in the moment. Is there still moments of Chaos? Yes but now I have the skills and know how to recenter and get focused on what is most important. Are you in survival mode and constantly reacting in life? Or do you live in the moment and know that everything you do aligns with what you want? How often do you feel stuck?
