What do you REALLY do?

What do you REALLY do?

What's your job title?

This Coach? That Consultant? Something Mentor? Queen of Everything? King of the World?

Whichever it is ... you're wrong.

So many people become fixated on what to call themselves, when they really don't need to.

Because here's the thing, whatever your business, whoever you work with, you're a PROBLEM SOLVER and this is all your customer is interested in.

Your customers aren't 'actually' looking for a coach, consultant, mentor, king or queen.

They're looking for someone to solve their biggest problems.

These are human beings. With problems that:

? Keep them up at night.

? Keep them stuck.

? Stop them from reaching their goals.

? Stop them from realising their dreams.

They are BIG, they affect every aspect of their lives and they won't go away.

And it's our job to truly understand those problems. REALLY understand them. So much so that we feel how it feels to have them and we know what it means to solve them.

More importantly, once we really understand them, we need to understand how to solve them with our offers.

Because our offers, well they're not offers. They're solutions. Solutions to those problems.

Once you understand these problems and create the PERFECT solutions that solve them as quickly and painlessly as possible, well then you're onto something.

? Because you can create offers that are PERFECT for your customers.

? You can create messaging that speaks to those problems.

? You can create content that makes those solutions so seductive.

? You can seriously increase your sales.

Uncovering this insight is hugely valuable to any business and is why the product innovation consultancy I used to work for invested so heavily in customer research. Because this is ?GOLDDUST?. And it's what brought the big brands to us to create their next multi-billion product success story.

And if the big brands are doing it, so should you guys.

This is what I teach my clients and THIS is going to have a big focus in my new program, Business Success Bootcamp.

Because once you have this, everything you do in business becomes so much easier.

Without it, well you stay exactly where you are ... right now.

So tell me, do you truly understand your customer's problems?

And if you do, do you have the perfect solution for those problems?
