Or do you just get to hear about their services, policies, staff, and possibly how electronically savvy they are? We seem the think that people will want to buy from us or purchase our services just because we think that we are so good! Why not?
Well how does that land on you?
Shouldn't we ask our prospective client if there is anything they might be having a problem with or an unresolved issue that may be costing them revenue that might be better deployed in another area? That would be a novel approach.
Here's the thing. If we can't capture your interest in three seconds, we don't stand a chance.
