I feel a lot of stories like the next generation of search engines in general TV reports.

Also, while search engines give accurate answers, AI spits out inaccurate information, making it less useful than search engines. There are also reports.

Why AI Answers Wrong?

For example, when I ask AI about my profile, the affiliation, date of birth, career, etc. are different. and often inaccurate information.

The reason is that if the AI does not have a good memory among the information it has seen in the past, it searches for similar information and "thinks" and "creates" the answer.

"Isn't it possible to just say "I don't know" without making it?" You may think that, but AI at the moment is, so to speak, a "child".

Children will answer "I don't know" when they answer something they really don't know, but if they "know related or similar information", they will answer with that information.

In the case of search engines, there are no search results unless accurate information is caught. But in the case of AI, it can come up with an answer that comes to mind in its own thoughts.

So, AI instead of search engine. A next-generation search engine. It's a bit off topic to think that.

Among the reports, isn't the search engine going crazy with the advent of AI? There is also a story, but since the usage is different, it will be replaced immediately. Rather, it will progress with the feeling of being gradually eroded.

How far will we go in the future?

ChatGPT3.5, which can be used free of charge, seems to be the center of AI currently being reported, but when it comes to the generation of ChatGPT4, it is said that "emergence" is happening (is about to happen). .

This "emergence" refers to "a phenomenon or state in which autonomous elements accumulate and organize to create a highly complex order or system that surpasses the individual."

Until now, it was a normal evolution that can be explained, but when the model in AI exceeds a certain level, I don't know why, but it will reach a state where it can do amazing things. Humans can come up with ideas beyond their own thinking, and AI may be able to do the same.

"Only people can do it." Not only that, but it is said that a world will come where AI will realize things that surpass humans.

What was close to a fantasy world until now is suddenly becoming a reality with the advent of interactive AI.

Singularity might be right around the corner

It is said that in 2045, due to the evolution of AI, a world called Singularity, in which humans and AI will be reversed, will come.

"It's 22 years from now, but maybe the Singularity will come even if we don't have to wait that long."

AI is also booming after Metaverse and Web 3.0. It's been said, but it's hard to dismiss this evolution as just a boom.

Also, from now on, various interfaces will be connected around interactive AI.
