What Do You Mean "Ready-To-Drink"
It is no secret that our military roots show through in our branding, but we often get people quizzically looking at our bottles and asking why they say “ready to drink”, isn’t all liquor technically “ready-to-drink?” And it is, but that’s not why it says so on our bottles.
Like any consumable rations you may encounter in the military, our labels are designed to mirror the prepackaged, long-lasting combat meals known as MRE’s or Meals Ready to Eat.?
The classic design offers a straightforward, to the point description of contents and how to store, prepare, and consume them. Our labels aim to do the same. Short and informative - no need to beat around the bush.?
If you have a couple minutes to dive into the history of soldier’s rations, we highly recommend this History channel article written by?John Ortved.
