What do you love about DISH?

In celebration of Valentine’s Day, we asked team members around our company what they love most about working at DISH. While answers were as varied and diverse as our teams themselves, we found three key themes that continually came up:

First, our employees love the teams they support. Coming to work each day is more fun when you have a great group of colleagues to work with. What’s more, teams feel more productive, effective and aligned when everyone gets along. It’s this kind of comradery that sets our teams apart.  

Second, our teams expressed their love of the opportunity we have here at DISH. We say that opportunity is our number one benefit and it couldn’t be more true. DISH is a place where you will be rewarded when you work hard, believe in our mission and live our values - #Curiosity, #Pride, #Adventure and #Winning.

I’m proud to be a prime example of opportunity. When I started my career at DISH in sales, I would have been amazed to learn I’d be leading the company just 24 years later.

Third, our teams love that there’s never a dull moment at DISH. Every day presents a new challenge and our teams are always learning and growing. We’re an ever-evolving company and we need our team members to be adventurous, curious and eager to learn. Together, it’s our vision to change the way the world communicates.
