What do you include in your resource schedule?

- Essentials
The core of a resource schedule:
- Who
- What
- When
2. Status
Do more! Track status in the same plan:
- Done
- In fflow
- Not done
3. Not in work
The project manager needs to know about time not working, as well as working. Add HR information:
- Flexible working pattern
- Training / education
- Vacation
- Medical
4. Not assigned
A task that doesn't have an owner is as important as work that does. Or maybe more. Include unassigned tasks:
- Unassigned
At fflow, we like to offer you the ability to visualise all the time and task related information in a combined schedule.
We also believe in flexibility, so you can make it work for you: no need to track all of these, just the elements you care about.
How many of these do you capture in your resource plan? What else do you track? Let us know in the comments.
