I'm thinking beyond the bonus or boxes of chocolates ??
What if the three wise ?? ?? ?? people were business owners/leaders, and they were following the star to your great team?!?
What would they bring - what do you think??

Not a trip into space, but simply the Freedom to Relax & Rejuvenate - Charge the batteries & come back ready and raring to relaunch into the new year. Remember, the tone YOU set has a huge impact on your team's environment!

It’s the number 2 reason people leave jobs or search for new ones (the lack of it). Team members also have time to reflect on what matters over the festive season.? So, planting a simple seed and asking team members to think about their development needs and aspirations for the future can make a huge difference.? Emphasise aspirations to promote positive thoughts about possibilities. Of course, you’ll need to follow through in the new year to discuss and confirm their personal development plan. Yes, feedback is a gift! It's not about how you wrap it up either. The 'shit sandwich' was retired in 2000, unfortunately, not everyone got the memo! This is one reason why the term feedback sends shivers down some people's spines. Another is that it's so often associated with negatives! Much comes down to your skills and the culture (by which I mean the behaviour) in the business. So what's important? Intent (always good) and how you deliver it are the keys. Done the right way feedback has the power to transform.?You don’t know what you don’t know right and we all have blind spots.?
