The cave you fear to enter, holds the treasure you seek.
In order for you to change something, you have to know first, what is it you want to change, and, why is it important for you to change it. Otherwise, the change won't be permanent, only temporary.
Relax, take a deep breath in, and answer the following questions.
1- What do you feel, you fear most?
2- When do you think, this fear/s was/were created?
3- Who, if anybody, do "blame" for this?
Fear Is Nothing, But Wrong Thinking.
Now that you have an idea on when the fear was created, based on past experiences, and what is it you feel you fear most, let's get a bit more specific.
I invite you to answer the following questions:
- What are you really afraid of?
- What are the hidden words, the voice in your head?
- When do these thoughts come up?
- Why do you feel they keep coming back?
- What actions are you taking to change them?
Be clear on the message and then, make the committed decision to change it.
Know that, one day, the fear will disappear, completely!
If you try to run away from what we call "fear", which is simply a temporary state of mind, you won't be able to live a fulfilled life, as those thoughts, feelings, and fearful actions will continue to exists.
On the other hand, now that you have faced it, by looking at the root cause of your fears (what), how they where formed (when), and (who) triggers them, you have made a committed decision to change it, relax again, breath in and, do the following:

1- Think of something that represents the opposite to what you fear most.
2- What new emotions do you feel?
3- What if now, you won't blame people anymore, and you start taking responsibility for your life, your actions, your feelings, your behaviour,... ?
4- What does a life without fear look like to you?
Fear is a state of mind that can be changed quickly.
Napoleon Hill said, the development of Self-confidence starts with the elimination of this “fear“, which sits up on a man’s shoulders and whispers into his ear:
“You cannot do it,
You are afraid to try,
You are afraid of public opinion,
You are afraid that you will fail,
You are afraid that you have not the ability."
You have the qualities, abilities, and resources because you have the drive, the will and determination to make your dreams come true. Focus on your dreams, not fear.
Think about those questions again and commit to change your thinking for a more positive and productive one.
With Love,
Helena
