Promises promises… that’s what we hear every day from people promising to take our businesses to the next level, or to create multiple leads that will take our growth through the roof. We’ve all heard them and we’ve probably all tried some things in the hope that things will change.

Most really haven’t worked for me. I haven’t wasted too much money on them and to be honest a couple of things have been very well worth the money so I’m really glad I bought them or took part in them, BUT… how do you tell the difference.

One of the lessons I’ve learned, is don’t BELIEVE it when people are promising you the earth. If it was that easy, we really would all be millionaires wouldn’t we? It sounds great, but reality is, anything good takes hard work, consistency, determination and focus. If you don’t do this, then you’re wasting your money. We’ve all joined the gym knowing if we continue to train, our bodies will change along with our mindsets, but we stop after the first three sessions and then do nothing for months! WHY? We make excuses. The point is, if you want to succeed at anything, excuses need to be banished from your vocabulary.

I genuinely want to help people move forward. I don’t pretend to be a business coach or a miracle worker but what I can genuinely guarantee is my effort to connect, to support, to look for collaborations, to introduce you to anyone I think could be helpful to you and to make you feel a little less alone in your quest for success. My women in business platform Revival Sanctuary (www.revivalsanctuary.co.uk) was built for this reason. Not just to benefit me, but to be a benefit to those who want to put the effort into engaging and working as a team for each other. I look for opportunities to create profit sharing and collaborative projects with even more ideas in the pipeline to really make a difference to peoples’ lives, but you have to be in it to win it!

It’s a really lonely place when you work from home by yourself. You have the four walls as company and unless you find a support group that clicks, then you will feel completely isolated. Revival I know for sure has really helped some of the members out and they’ve made some amazing connections in the process. I’ve listed some ways we’re all working together below. • MO2VATE Retreats – all trainers, instructors, suppliers are being chosen from our member group and will be profit sharing within these projects and will be covering everything from business to health and wellness, and a lot in between.
• Virtual Coffee Mornings – join us for informal chats and getting to know each other on our virtual coffee mornings coming soon.
• Topics – in our FB group we post trending topics for debate. There are no shrinking violets here and all opinions are totally respected, it just allows a very safe space to have your say without judgement! We’ve all been trolled on social media just for having an opinion…. It won’t happen in here!
• Kickstarts – every week we post something to get you thinking differently about your business.
• Advisory Members – we’ve taken on a group of members to come up with their own ideas to take the platform forward. This is a great opportunity to be part of reshaping something and making a great income too, not to mention gaining experience of working on an active board.

There is so much more to this platform and too many things to list here but everything we do is in the best interest of the members. We are guided by our members and what they want! I’m sure you’ve heard all of the promises before and I can’t physically show you until you take the leap and get involved, but I can share with you some thoughts of a few of our members below.
