Most of us [if not all] - go through several phases in our lifetime - when nothing seems to be working and we get knocked-down by many life-disrupting, life-changing and life-impacting - crises-upsets-disappointments-failures-mistakes-blows - one after the other.
You may feel like giving-up, find yourself alone, become totally hopeless and dejected and you may even start believing that things will never get better.
But if you go through the history of current and past - you will find that even the bravest and the strongest and the seemingly invincible people - go through struggles which may leave them feeling stunned.
When you are going through this type of phase and are finding it difficult to cope - having the thought that “you are not alone” - may not give you any relief.
There many people who manage to bounce-back from even the most-harrowing situations AND also there ae people who just are unable to come out of the miserable emotional-paralysis.

1.?????When something hits you and makes you fall-flat [and you feel helpless and hopeless] - after a reasonable period - become aware-of and start-accepting - that all the negative feelings that you are going through are natural - like - fear, anxiety, melancholy, despondency, stress, anger, guilt, shame, regrets, frustrations, irritations and irrationality ??
2.?????To break the mindset of self-pity, blame & why-me - No matter what setback you encounter in life - instead of wallowing in your misfortune - Reframe your Difficult Experiences - by asking yourself[without getting into self-blame]
???????????????????I.???????????The event which knocked you down - was it something within your control and you could have prevented it OR it was not at all something that you could have stopped happening ?- Also can you use this for future reference for handling situations better
?????????????????II.???????????What are the actions that you can take - ?which are within your area of control and what is beyond in that situation [after it had happened]
???????????????III.???????????What habits and support-systems stood-by you
??????????????IV.???????????What habits-mindsets-skills you need to develop which would be effective next time you phase a disrupting event or situation
????????????????V.???????????Find something you can control?- even if it is very-very small
??????????????VI.???????????Ask yourself that if you don’t act NOW - what all aspects of your life will get impacted
????????????VII.???????????What actions and reactions - you took - which was the best under that situation
??????????VIII.???????????What all you can do now - which is within your control - to bounce-back
3.?????Accept that YES you had a bad-time BUT also that you are going to work-on to bounce-back - because after what has already happened - now it is your action-time
4.?????Understand and accept that you cannot control how others react or what the world gives you. However, you can always control your inner world
5.?????Understand and accept - that - no matter what rock-bottom you have hit - it is now your responsibility [and only yours] - to find solutions and take actions
6.?????You might not be responsible for this setback might not have been your fault. However, that doesn’t mean that- but you have to take ownership of it NOW as it is your life which has been impacted
7.?????Yes the circumstances might still be unfavorable - but you have to keep looking for solutions and keep taking actions - y
8.?????You cannot assume that if you ignore problems - they would get resolved somehow
9.?????Start becoming aware - when you get into whining, self-pity, making-excuses, blaming-others and playing victim - because spending time and energy being bitter towards a situation is a sheer-waste of time and it generally makes the situation worse

10. Recognize that - when you are fallen - now is time when you can experiment with completely different
11. Try to find if you can use this setback - to recreate-redesign-restart your life in most meaningful and powerful ways and take to a direction which can make your life better
12. Whatever happens - focus only on find solutions and implementing them
13. If you fall down again - just get up after catching-up your breath
14. Deal with life in quadrants, and don’t try to change everything at once.
15. Instead of counting your blessings - just delete all that you don’t feel BUT come out with those which matters to you right-now
16. Keep those people out of your life - who just say - it is nothing that you are going through
17. Accept the reality of your situation.?Face the facts – if it feels like sh*t it probably is happening
18. Change what you can, accept what you can’t - Change direction of your thought-physical location - priorities?
19. Ask yourself What could you do differently
20. Roll with it - Ditch being in Control of everything - Attitude - Don’t resist - Drop your struggle against change
21. Do what is in front of you - that is what you feel you can do - just go and do it
22. Express yourself - talk about your feelings and of the tough times that you are going through as long as it is not what you do all the time
23. Get outside - Meditate - Reach out to a friend - Listen to music Read a book - Watch inspirational videos or movies if you feel like it
24. Yes none of the actions and risks - can guarantee you a definite outcome
25. You have to be willing to take actions and do what others are not willing to do
26. If you can’t see the future - just take action which seems best say for next 1 hour AND then the next
27. All of the above will slowly make you resilient and creating and reinforcing your belief in your strengths and abilities
28. Learn to laugh at your miseries - from deep within - see the ridiculousness of your situation
29. Being able to laugh at tough situations you are going through builds - positivity and hope
30. Understand the inevitability of change - therefore learn to pro-actively seek and anticipate and welcome change
