WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU'RE NOT SURE WHAT PEOPLE WANT

You've created a program, or a course, or have a service. You're excited about all the people you can help with it. But what is it that they actually want?

So you've joined some groups, looked around what people are talking about; asked a few questions; but you're still not exactly sure what they want.

It's a shame to hear the next course creator or coach complain that they worked on their program for months but happens not to sell; when nobody seems to be interested in having it (not even for free).

?? The solution is first to understand what they want and then work on your product/service.

However, it doesn't have to be perfect at first. But what you have should be based on what people want and not what YOU rather want. Then, afterward, you refine it by keep collecting market feedback.

Are you asking the right questions? Are your questions specific enough?

Gaining sufficient ??CLARITY?? is not optional here; it's mandatory. Because with ??CLARITY??, you will understand which questions to ask that will give you accurate feedback.

We're not saying, “will give you what you want to hear.” We're saying, it will give you accurate feedback.

So if you're not sure about the feedback you received, figure out what's “wrong” with the questions you're asking.

E.g., ?? “How do you work on weight loss?” doesn't look like a bad question, but it may not be too specific to understand what they do each morning before they go to work.

We should also look into what you want to know exactly. Are you looking for what you WANT to hear per se? In other words, are you asking questions that are leading questions (trying to get those answers you want to hear)?

Keep wondering, why do I get these responses? What I am looking for exactly? ??????

Work from:

THEY WANT THIS ???? HERE IT IS; instead of

I WANT TO SELL THIS ???? PLEASE BUY IT FROM ME
