What To Do When All The Client's Keys Are Lost. | Key Programming for Toyota & Lexus Proximity Vehicles.

Advanced Diagnostics' new update allows SMART Pro users to program keys for select Toyota and Lexus proximity vehicles when all of the client's keys are lost.

Additionally, this update extends the coverage of spare proximity key programming to vehicles that would have previously required dealer security (TIS) access. Such as the highly popular Corolla and RAV4 2018+ models.

The key programming process is incredibly safe and highly user friendly, with all programming carried out via the OBD connector.

You'll need the following two parts to get started!

1. ADA Smart Pro Emulator for Toyota (DST) - ADC2015

• Used for when all proximity keys are lost.?
• Connects to the SMART Pro through USB port.???
• The key data is read from the vehicle by the SMART Pro, and is then stored in the emulator.??
• The emulator becomes a master key.??
• Using the emulator the operator can program new proximity fobs to the vehicle.???

2. ADA Smart Pro Software for Toyota 2022 - ADS2328 (AD)

• This new software programs proximity keys to select Toyota vehicles.???
• When all proximity keys are lost the use of the ADC2015 emulator is required.?
• If there is an existing proximity key the software will program spare keys.?
• Where applicable, this program bypasses the requirement for dealer security access (TIS).
• Token usage differs depending on the vehicle specifics (please refer to CarLab, MYKEYSPRO or the updated Smart pro).?
• Category A software which can be purchased outright if required.?

The emulator's functionality currently also extends to other manufacturers such as late Subaru utilising ‘H’ bladed keys.?However, these are not yet present in our region.??
