What do we do if and when we are feeling stuck?

Feeling stuck can actually be a good thing. It forces us to address things that keep popping up and can force us to grow. Can you commit to being persistent in your pursuit of discovering the truth about yourself? When I feel stuck, it usually is a signal for me that there is something important I need to address about myself.?
When we find ourselves feeling stuck, it often is a gentle nudge, a reminder something needs to be dealt with.? It may not seem obvious at first-especially if you continue to ignore it. Until one day it's not ok. You may say to someone. Oh I’m just feeling cranky...grumpy or whatever; and well, actually I have been feeling off for the last few days or maybe it's been a week?
I believe that when we are feeling stuck, for me it’s like when you are around friends and one of them taps you on the shoulder.? We’ve all been there. Your friend might say. "Hey, how's it going? Everything ok?" and if the answer is "no"; I turn to meditation.?
Meditation plays a crucial role, particularly the visualization part. Anyone can do this. It’s easy to imagine this scenario: it’s you and you are sitting in your favorite place, wearing your favorite outfit, you have an amazing haircut and oh my Gosh look at those shoes…yes. Let's just call it the best - most confident version of yourself.? Spend some time with this person. That’s who you bring to your mind's eye.? As you walk up to her…look around, What do you notice? Look for every possible clue and observe every detail about her. What wonderful gift will she bring you today???

By the way, this script that you create for meditating, will often begin the same way, because that’s comfortable.? However, it unfolds differently every time and you will notice different things each time you experience it. I think of it as painting on a canvas and I’m the artist. ?
Ok, Now..Let’s go back to the scenario…imagine you sitting next to her, you may gently ask her…Did you consider this option…There are a few things you haven’t explored. Then try this affirmation.? I share this with you because this always helps me when I'm feeling stuck. I am ready to see things differently and I choose to remain open to inspiration. When you are in the right mindset, the answers and inspiration will come. It can be magic.
So, feeling stuck can actually be a good thing..it forces us to address things and grow, but at the same time…you are painting more layers onto your canvas, you should go wild with it.? What do you want your life to look like…each time you meditate add a new detail to your canvas.
I know that if you keep asking, and are persistent in your pursuit of the truth about yourself…you will discover more than you ever thought possible. My advice to you is to just try to enjoy the journey and always believe that something good will come out of the process. When you are feeling blah, look for the lesson. Ask yourself, what do I need to learn? What am I missing?
