What do we actually control?
Believing that we have to be in control is too heavy a burden to carry.
We aren’t designed for that kind of weight.
Do we provide what we eat?
Or consciously activate each breath we take?
And does our heart only pump when we give the order?
We need a new way of seeing ourselves and the world we inhabit – as part of a bigger flow and tapestry of relationships.
Yet, we do have some responsibilities.
We need to be open to sensing the wind and responding to its call.
Because no one else can do that for us.

We certainly aren't in control of when the babies arrive. We are still waiting for at least another one, but there might be more.
