?? What do successful self-employed people share in common?

?? Here are five steps that lead to solopreneur success.
?? Successful self-employed people follow this well-worn path.
The words to describe the approach differ from expert to expert.
The fundamentals don't vary much.??
Use these steps as anchoring principles, rather than specific instructions, as your situation differs from mine.
1) Find the gold that's already inside you.
?? What is unique about you?
How are you going to set up your business in a way that works for you?
Find your truth, know what you want, and eliminate barriers to success. ??
2) Figure out who you want to be around
?? Know which motivational desire, pain, and outcomes your people want
?? Make sure your customers share your values, principles, and beliefs
?? Find people who enjoy the same interests, activities, and lifestyle concerns
?? Become an expert in your people, not only in your solution
?? Create partnerships with other market leaders
3) Build a product that lines up with the desires, beliefs, biases, and habits of your people
??Experts in people win over experts in solutions.
??People don't buy solutions to problems.
That approach died as markets got over-saturated with too many people doing the same thing with the same outcomes.
?? People don't only buy from those they know, like, and trust if you stay in touch.
That approach died as we can get to know, like, and trust somebody by following their content on social media without talking to them until we are ready.
?? Today, customers hire experts who "get them," not just their problems.
We pay people who lead in the domain where we need help, fully understand our complete situation, and that we get to know, like, and trust from their content. ??

4) Connect with the market don't chase customers
Unless you sell at scale, don't bother with hooks, funnels, and pipelines to build a flow of leads.
?? Clients are on the other side of a meaningful conversation. You don't need an elevator message, pitch, or landing page. Talk to people and help them out. ??
Save the "leverage systems" until you are past $30K per month, need to scale your time, and know exactly what works in your market.
What do you need?
?? 100% commitment to telling the truth, the ability to deliver real value at no charge, and a solid offer to make at the end of a great conversation.??
5) Develop yourself, not just your business.
?? This is the secret weapon.
?? The answer to all your problems.
?? It's the only pathway to success.
We know this.
Anybody who coaches, consults, supports, leads, or develops says the same thing.
I've never heard a successful person speak otherwise.
?? Elevate yourself
???Enjoy your life
?? Explode your income
That's the linear order successful people take to become successful.
?? On the other side of personal development is a holy grail that delivers a life, wealth, and happiness beyond your wildest expectations. ??
Read that last line a few times.
Then, dedicate the rest of your life to finding your own truth.
?? The decision to take my "road less traveled" led to a life and a business today that I never dreamed was within reach for me, even in my brightest moments. ??__________________________________________________________
