What do solid relationships, productivity and weight loss have in common?

What do solid relationships, productivity and weight loss have in common?

Self-regulation isn’t only about feeling calm and not feeling stressed.

?

It’s the key to so many of the things we want out of life.

?

Take improving your communication and relationships with the important people in your life.?

?

Your kids. Your spouse. Your coworkers. Your boss.?

?

A messy relationship can throw your whole life out of whack.

?

But when you’ve mastered self-regulation

?

“It's so much easier for me [after your Self-Regulation course], to connect with and respect who my 7-year-old daughter is and interact with her in a way that reflects that.”?

-? Silky S. , October 2023 Self-Regulated Life participant?

?

The Self-Regulated Life even impacts participants’ lives in ways we never envisioned!?

?

For example, a little while after one of our previous Self-Regulated Life programs, a woman contacted us and said she had to know more about the program and our methodology.

?

"Why?" we asked her.

?

“Because I’ve been trying to help Sarah (not her real name) to lose weight for months. And nothing worked… until she did your The Self-Regulated Life!?

?

“Nothing else in her life had changed - but suddenly she started losing weight! She told me she’s sure it was because of what she learned in your course.” ?

?

We didn’t foresee that. But in retrospect, it makes sense.?

?

Self-regulation is all about being able to manage your emotions and your behavior.

?

Self-regulation puts you in the driver’s seat of your life.

How about you? Where do you want to see change in your life?

That’s where we’ll be working with you, holding your hand and giving you one-on-one guidance so you can apply everything you’ll be learning in The Self-Regulated Life.?

The Self-Regulated Life is starting this Thursday, February 6th.

If you want to see change in your life, the time to act is NOW. We’re waiting for you. Registration is open until February 5th, at midnight Eastern.
