What do parents want for Christmas?
And Beyond
Empowering women beyond maternity leave, supporting businesses to thrive even more.
Hello!
So, it’s mid December.? How’s everyone doing??
?
How’s everyone handling all the extra things to remember, all the extra places to be, all the extra things to do?
?
It’s a lot. A lot of giving, on a constant basis.?
?
So, to address all the giving that we do…a few weeks ago we asked what parents would like to receive for Christmas.? Thank you to all who have contributed and please do continue to share any more ideas you have!
?
And we’ve been addressing these in our socials this week, below is a list of gifts if you’ve not had a chance to read them -? we’ve put our own thoughts around it and we’d love to hear what you think!
?
?
Gift #2 Someone to listen
?
?
Gift #4 Sleep
?
Gift #5 Time just to be
?
Gift #6 A digital wall planner
?
Gift #7 Space, just for me
?
Gift #8 A pamper!
?
?
We’ll be sharing some more gifts next week so please watch out for them - and if any of them resonate please let us know.?
?
And this is us, signing off for the year!
?
It’s a little early, but those presents aren’t going to magically appear (if only Santa could sort this out for us!) and wrap themselves and we wanted to give ourselves a little bit of a breather before the schools close for Christmas.
?
We appreciate that it’s been a year of ups and downs for most of us, but we hope from the bottom of our hearts that you manage to put your feet up and rest over this Christmas period, taking a little bit of time to reflect how you can change your narrative around working parenthood next year - be it to do less, ask for more help, putting more boundaries in.?
?
We aim to share more around this going into 2025 and looking forward to collaborating with you even more next year!
?
Sending love and festive wishes,
?
Jess and Takako ??
