What Do the Numbers 9, 23, 43, and the Day Friday Have In Common? ??

So, how’s that New Year’s resolution going seven months into the year?? Oh, its gone?? Don’t worry.? If you are like most people who make them, you gave up a long time ago.
Research and studies suggest that of the U.S. adult population only thirty precent make resolutions.? The number is higher with younger age groups and lower with older age groups.
Oh yes, those numbers.? Of those making resolutions only nine precent will keep or achieve their resolution; twenty-three percent will quit in the first week; and forty-three percent will give up by the end of January.?
And what’s the significance of the day Friday?? Well, the second Friday in January is informally known as quitters’ day – the day the greatest number of people will give up on pursuing their resolution.? Quitters Day – how unfortunate!? ??
So why am I talking about New Year’s Resolution’s in the middle of summer?? Because it is a great entry point to the overall topic of change and goals.
You know the story: you want change in your life, you set a goal, you get psyched, you start hot and heavy, and then you lose steam.? You look back after time has passed, what happened to my goal?? You are crushed and you enter the vicious cycle: the “problem” or thing you want to eliminate remains with you (or the “thing” you desire remains out of reach) and your enthusiasm for a second (or tenth) attempt at change is even less.
But you should not be too hard on yourself.? In fact, you should celebrate (hint: maybe that is one part of achieving lasting change) your intention for change and your willingness to try!
On August 26th, I will host a two- and one-half-hour workshop distilling for you hundreds of hours of research and education relating to evidence- and science-based practices for successful change into an easily understood five-step process to achieve the change you want in your career, business, and life.?
Yes, the process is just that - ?a process - and is easily adaptable to various domains of your life, or the lifecycle of teams, business, and organizations.
Through this program you will learn about and how to overcome:

P.S. - If the change you seek is meaningful let's achieve it now! Why wait for something so arbitrary as the beginning of the year?
