What do I learn everyday as a 'Manager' in making?

Why does ethical leadership matter? Well, it builds trust, boosts morale, and sets a positive example for others.

Being a Manager in making, I observe my seniors handling people, situations and relationships with such grace.

I am making notes— big time! When it’s my turn to lead, you can bet your bottom dollar these values will be my North Star, and I would want to inspire others as well to pick qualities we call “ethical”.
