Dear Boss

I tried contact you many times, but it seems that you were very busy. I just wanted to tell you a very important piece of information. My peers advised me not to contact you, they say that you will not even read my letter. Your high temper prevented me to contact you face to face as I was afraid of your feedback, It has always been so negative and frustrating for me. 

It has been a long time since you listened to me or any of my colleagues. we agreed that we are going to stop working until you listen to us. Problems has been increasing the last days and you are focusing only on what beneath your nose. You want to feel in control all the times. You refuse to give confidence and empowerment in making any decision to keep all things attached to you. 

I am to write for you what we were expecting to assess your self on that scale.
