What do ESCAPE masterminds look like?
We decided to organize a weekly mastermind at Greek Escape because we want our colivers to have a space where they can share what is bothering them: whether a challenge at work or in their personal life, or related to their digital nomadism lifestyle.?
We know that together we can find a solution to each challenge that is presented, and if not an immediate solution, then we can offer a space to vent about “that colleague who is pissing me off”, or that “boss who is too demanding and missing leadership skills”.?
In practice, we have one #facilitator – in our case, our inhouse #businesscoach Fanny Caloz – who uses a well-defined #methodology to give a structure.
Each participant has 15 minutes of focus time that they can use as follows:
Now let’s see the latest topic from a #mastermind at Greek Escape: PROCRASTINATION
One of our coliver complained about delaying the same tasks over and over again, and asked the help of the team in how to deal with #procrastination on things he does not like.
As our business #coach indicated, that is perfectly normal. We all have a natural tendency to #procrastinate on tasks we don’t like. But to help out in the long run, let’s use a tool that categorizes tasks and clearly shows what the focus should be.
Its name is “Work smarter not harder” developed by #NatalieEllis and #DanielleCanty.
What do you think? We'd love to have your thoughts.
