Let us agree that all people lose their hair without exception, this is normal!

An adult person loses from 50 to 100 hairs per day.

What is abnormal is noticeable hair loss that appears in the shower, brush, or pillow with a huge amount

Hair loss and ageing goes hand on hand, Also It has something to do with genetics

However, we can take some actions in general that help us delay the hair loss process as much as possible
