What a difference a year can make - Thank You!

Last Christmas, my husband gave me a book on starting your own business as one of my presents. At the time, I was seriously considering taking the leap in 2024. Fast forward a year, and here I am celebrating not only the launch of my business but also six incredibly fulfilling months of helping individuals build confidence and clarity to progress in their procurement careers or job searches.

2024 has been a year of huge transformation for me, both personally and professionally. None of this would have been possible without the support of others, especially my husband, who has stood by me every step of the way.

I’ve invested deeply in my personal and professional growth this year through self-reflection, training, coaching, and mentoring. This investment has been instrumental in shaping my year positively. Starting a business can often feel like a lonely journey, but thanks to an incredible support network, I’ve never felt alone on this path. To everyone who has been part of that journey – a massive thank you from me!

Christmas Day is a time for joy and togetherness, not career planning. That said, as the year draws to a close, it’s worth remembering that with focus and the right support network, you can find yourself in a more positive place by this time next year.
