What is the difference between Passion, Dedication and Obsession?

Here’s the thing...

The more people understand their inner beliefs and behaviours:

1) The more their decisions aren't going to be swayed by others

2) The more value they put on their food choices

3) And the more they’ll know how to make the right decision to suit their lifestyle - Be that flexible dieting, macros or intermittent fasting.

4) ...and by making the right decision, adding value and serving their nutrition needs... - Then, they’ll be able to make those changes they so wish for ????

Or in other words their perspectives?

What is the difference between obsession, dedication and passion?

Well, my perspective on the question is that they are all one and the same.

You might agree or disagree?

That is your opinion and prerogative.?

It is only because we have a negative perception of obsession that we don't see it in the same light as the other 2.

Some will say dedication comes to those that have a passion to do it while others say?

"It can't be done"

Passion is a "Love For The Game"?

Something very much an inner drive to pursue something.?

Your "Everest" and to attain the pinnacle?

But what sport and exercise have taught me is:

That if you love something enough you don't need to view things through those 3 words.

Because at the end of the day is just one's perception.?

We should instead look at things in terms of Frequency and Consistency?

As the saying goes?

"Rome wasn't built in a day"

Nor?

Is any change you want to make to your DIET.?

A habit or behaviour will not change overnight.

But through Frequency, Consistency and Hard Work, you will make those small changes occur day in and day out?

With dedication, you will start to build something exquisite.
