WHAT THEY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ABOUT A MAGAZINE THAT SOLVED MANY PROBLEMS THROUGH ONE.

This problem was foreseen and solved in 1994 with the vacant job magazine, one of several solutions that are intrinsic in this concept that was 30 years ahead and therefore was not understood and accepted by users due to lack of vision. A few years ago something similar was released but second parts are never good and what happened was what the Chinese companies did in the 80's, they copied the concept but not the magic... and it is not functional, it is more of a single newspaper than a free one. The original concept was to sell the magazine as any comic book, finding work (without realizing it) became an adventure apart from the many benefits. All the people who came to know about this magazine NEVER understood that it was the solution to the problems that today leave us with no time for anything, the urban sub-migration (massive transfer of employees and workers from one municipality to another), the work-hours* (lost in transportation), and the hours-rest/family time (also lost in transportation), it was sought that through fiscal incentives companies would establish their offices throughout the state to bring development ($$) to all corners of it (today we work online from anywhere in the world and since the pandemic many do home office), the idea was that people would work in their municipalities, thus avoiding rush hours, pollution due to moving vehicles, increased family coexistence/sport-fun, the municipalities would invest in bicycle lanes infrastructure (exercise and health for the inhabitants, no pollution, less crashes, less bites,) all of this with people working in their municipalities. Moreover, a few kilometers from their homes, we believe that the employee/worker in this way becomes a very productive employee by arriving at work exercised, on time, without problems of having his belongings stolen in public transportation, rested by getting up normally and not 2 or even 3 hours before his start time in order to get to work and be on time and not be harmed with deductions to his salary for tardiness. It is a HUMAN solution what our magazine proposed that in its time, for that reason it was directly attacked by the most influential newspaper of the state and already at national level it also circulates, at that time it felt steps and practically forced us to close by buying the distributor that was the only way to reach the public in those years, this newspaper is the opposite of the south, so that more or less you can get an idea of the name of the newspaper. If instead of forcing us to close we had made a synergy-futuristic business, this company would be a participant in the prevention and we would not have let these problems that I mentioned above grow, society is helped much more by teaming up than by destroying solutions with a vision of much more value than money. As an assiduous student of the entrepreneurial culture, I wrote the following:

Integral Entrepreneurship** = Project of very high social scope and unlimited profitability. ?

This magazine today in stand by and with new concepts, is like the ideas that I proclaim are for common benefit that is why they grow, develop, stand alone and get stronger over time for the social purpose they pursue.

Working-hours* = are commonly called man-hours but working hours are not exclusive to men, ladies are more than 50% of the labor market and any activity, that's why I call them so.

Integral Entrepreneurship ** own concept

I dare to say that the solutions of this magazine are better than the home office because it promotes mobility and not sedentary. By placing work centers in all municipalities, investment and work is brought to the municipalities that do not have them.

The home office is ideal for situations (and should be mandatory for all workers) of danger, catastrophes and natural phenomena.

One day when we were selling the magazine in the central mall of Monterrey NL., Mexico, a person approached us and told us: I'm going to buy one from you out of curiosity and I had to tell them I gave it to you out of generosity, it was a person from the competing newspaper.
