I completed the 2020 Census questionnaire online during my lunch break.

And, it took me all of 3 minutes and 23 seconds.

I know we all have a lot of urgent matters right now… ensuring adequate care for the people who rely on us, adjusting work schedules, reassessing our day-to-day activities, prioritizing social commitments, and taking care of other essentials. So, I will keep this brief.

The 2020 Census is underway and it’s important that you be counted. Fortunately, it has never been easier to respond online, over the phone, or by mail. Carve out just 10 minutes of your day (that’s the estimated time it will take most people to respond) to complete the questionnaire - whether by completing it yourself or helping someone else where you live to do so.

By responding to the 2020 Census now, you’ll have helped ensure your community gets its fair share of federal funding and political representation, fulfilled a constitutional duty, and all without having to meet a census taker in person.

That’s a win-win for everyone: taxpayers, the enumerators, and you.

Taking 10 minutes to respond to the 2020 Census might be the easiest thing you do today.
