Be mindful though that D&C project delivery usually favours the principal contractually with less scope for variations related to design and reduces the principles RISK because the contractor is the single point of responsibility for Design and Construction (D&C) however the principal has less control over the final design and the?contract sum can be higher to reflect increased contractor RISKs??

In most D&C cases equipment suppliers should be able to provide solutions that are easy to design??fast to install and if necessary with the ability to apply INTELLIGENCE to the Electro-Technology infrastructure??to give your customers the control of their Electro-Technology infrastructure??
