What defines success?

Success, fear, and others are residents of the same village. S/he who wins the mindset game takes the biggest share of our state of mind. The thin line between these two residents can make or break you thus a need to look at how best to balance the two for desired results.

Fear always paints impossibility(s) in our minds which in the end catalyzes our instincts to do nothing at all due to skepticism that may manifest as a result of only seeing failure in whatever we try to do.

Fear always shadows the positive outcomes of our intended endeavors and what we focus on are the negatives as opposed to the positive. Interestingly most times people will think of failure before success, even though failure in itself provides lessons of improvement all the time.

Success starts with our mindset, if it's winning in our minds, most probably achievements will come your way. Success is psychological in the sense that when you see yourself as a winner all efforts engaged are heavy enough to stay in the wind and the reverse is true. Actions and activities of Success begin with the way you contextualize things. The more opportunities you see the more wins, the more problems you see, the more challenges you face.

Success is incrementally and gradually which most likely comes in piece meals. if you expect a huge big win in one single turn that might be impossible, to be honest with you. Your deliberate decisions or actions on multiple occasions contribute to your success over time.

The journey to success is full of pains that are not easily explainable or even none bearable that's why not everyone is up for success. Very few people are willing to endure the pain that comes with success. When you look at successful individuals, rarely would you think of behind the scenes of their contribution to what you see as the final product.

Success is collaboration and consultation, making it a point to work with key stakeholders through communicating the major deliverables and expectations of what you need to achieve from day one. If you don’t, most time will be lost in correcting mistakes or solving misguided contributions due to a lack of clarity towards what has to be achieved.

Success is a focus of intentional energy towards the same goal as what fire brings to a saucepan while cooking. It’s the act of fire burning that specific base of the pan that then distributes heat across the pan which gets the meal ready. It’s never different from what success looks like.

Lastly, success isn’t for everyone, we can all be successful, however at the same time we can’t all be successful that’s why some have made it and others haven’t. This means those that endure the pain, focus, and concentrate will register wins, but the impatient ones might end up crying.?
