What are Customer Relations?

It refers to all those strategies which allow you to determine and describe, how to acquire, retain and expand your customer database. While building the plan consider these relations can be personal or automated.

The type of relation strategically chosen to the business model greatly impacts the overall customer experience.

Relations are based on the following fundamentals:

· Customer acquisition: bring new customers to the business

·?Customer loyalty: how willing a customer is to engage with and repeatedly purchase from your business vs your competition

·?Sales stimulation: sales technique through which the customer is asked if he wants to take a product related to his purchase.

There are several customer relationship categories, in which a company can maintain a specific market segment:

·??????Personal assistance: human interaction

·??????Exclusive personal assistance: account manager assigned

·??????Auto service: Self-service

·??????Automated services: Self-service through automated services

·??????Communities: user communities online

·??????Collective creation: customer collaboration to increase value
