First of all, the most important thing to think about is the excessive wear of the internal components of the hydraulic pump, just like organ failure in various parts of the human body. Quality problems will inevitably appear over time. Abrasion and strain of mating parts such as the cylinder body of the plunger pump and the flow plate, the plunger and the plunger hole can cause a lot of noise. At this time, the components with severe wear and tear can be subjected to brush plating research or replacement. Or you can appropriately increase the deflection angle of the variable organization of the pilot system to improve the effect of internal leakage on the output flow of the pump. If the hydraulic pump flow plate is damaged, it can cause a lot of noise. In the normal repair process, the flow plate corrected by flat grinding will also show the result that the unloading groove becomes shorter. At this time, if it is not properly slender and small in time, The concrete pump truck will also generate more noise. During the assembly process, the large unloading tank of the distribution plate of the small concrete pump truck must be installed in the high pressure cavity of the pump, and the sharp angle direction of the small concrete pump truck must be opposite to the rotation direction of the cylinder, otherwise it will also be given to the small concrete pump truck. The system brings more noise.


The air suction phenomenon is the most important reason for the excessive noise of the hydraulic pump. The oil filter of the hydraulic pump of the small concrete pump truck, the oil inlet pipe is blocked or the oil viscosity is too high, can form the pump inlet of the small concrete pump The vacuum is too high to allow air to enter. Small concrete pump truck hydraulic pump, pilot pump shaft end oil seal is damaged, or the oil inlet pipe is not well sealed, forming air ingress. The oil level in the fuel tank is too low, so that the hydraulic pump inlet pipe is directly evacuated. Skill theory is lacking, and the extensive use of any kind of skills cannot be separated from theoretical support, and concrete pump trucks are no exception. However, in China's concrete machinery market, almost no complete books on pump truck skills and theories can be found. Even if you only see some common knowledge about structure and application. Concrete pumping theory is rare. The scarcity of academic papers on concrete pump trucks has hindered the long-term development of pump truck skills.

The degree of localization of parts is not high. Nowadays, pump trucks generally use imported automobile chassis. Most other hydraulic and electronic system components are also imported products. Some manufacturers also import booms. The degree of transformation is still low. While pump truck manufacturers invented high profits for themselves, they also invented selling points for foreign products.

The pumping system needs to be innovated. As for the pump truck with boom operation, the concrete mixing pump truck needs a stable working load. Now the direct consequence of the impact load when the pumping system is reversed, on the one hand, it will cause the boom to oscillate, and the fatigue of the boom structure, especially the weld of the boom, will be damaged. The dynamic load factor is as high as 1.3 times, which exacerbates the speed of boom damage.
