What IT environment teaches U first ?
What I learnt personally from being an IT employee? What is the first thing I learnt as a IT employee? In this Article, I'm going to share my experience regarding above questions. Many would have different answer from this answer. So, What IT(Information Technology) Culture teaches me first is to become a responsibility person or being responsible.
BEING RESPONSIBLE is that much hard? Yes, Initially it was. Let me illustrate with some example to understand my points.
Lets go back to our college days, as a student, sometimes we failed to obey our Professors(Not sometimes, most of the times). we thought it would show our guts in front of others or we may did it for fun, whatever it is!. The same activity you cannot show to your Boss. This is because as a fresher, we would have initial fear to face the Working adventures/problems. Finally we come up with the solution called responsibility to tackle the working adventures.
As a student, being responsible is hard, but as a employee being responsible is not hard, actually it becomes key to tackle the working environment. Whatever the work/task provided to you, it is our responsibility to complete. even if the work/task is hard or have dependency/impossible to complete, we need to take the task forward and finish it up or we need to give the valid reason.
it doesn't matter whatever the thing assigned to you, you should complete or come up with the valid reason if it is unable to complete. neither neglect the task nor unable to finish.
Please comment what you learnt first in your IT career!
