I've Been asked a lot recently, what is a Crypto Wallet?
How do I use it?
And, then, how do I get one?
A crypto wallet is exactly that, it's an online wallet that is used to either buy, use, or even store your crypto currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and a multitude of others that are used online.
The purpose of having such a facility means it is easy for you to withdraw funds from your current bank account and once in the crypto wallet convert them into the crypto currency that you want.
When you wish or want to make a purchase online that requires you to pay in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin etc, the site that needs to pay in a crypto currency will provide you with their wallet address.
You simply go to your wallet, select Send, add the wallet address they supplied and the exact amount in the currency they specified and click send.
That's it, you now know (A) What a crypto wallet is, and (B) The benefits of having one, as well as (C) The basics on how to use it.
If you are not sure where to get one, I use one called Coinbase, that's my preference as it is one of the largest and most functional for my needs. As well as being really easy to use.
