I work exclusively with SMEs (small and medium-sized businesses) and love Zoho CRM. It's considered a great option for SMEs due to its affordability, flexibility and scalability. It offers a wide range of features and integrations for sales, marketing, and customer service, which makes it a great all-in-one solution for businesses looking to manage their customer interactions and data.

Compared to other popular CRM systems like Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Pipedrive, Zoho CRM stands out for its cost-effectiveness. It offers a free plan for small businesses, and the ability to scale up as the business grows, which makes it more accessible for SMEs. Additionally, Zoho CRM offers a mobile app for sales representatives on the go, which can be very useful for businesses with large field sales teams.

Furthermore, Zoho CRM also offers a powerful data management and analytics capabilities that allow businesses to gain a deeper understanding of their customers. This can help businesses to improve customer acquisition, retention and loyalty, and increase overall efficiency and productivity.
