What country will be the new Qatar?

I often wonder what country will be the new Qatar, both for business development and networking among current as well as future clients.

I am interested in receiving your opinion on whether new Qatar will be:

#Mongolia?   #Kenya?   #Cambodia?   #Vietnam?   #Kyrgystan?  #Croatia? #Guatemala?  #Kuwait?  #Nigeria?  #Bahrain?  #Jordan?

Will the new Qatar be a country that I did not list?  Or do you think there will never really be a new Qatar, because the explosive multi-faceted growth in #Qatar is so unique?
