What could you do to create a mental and physical pause?

I teach AuDHD entrepreneurs how to plan their food, exercise and lifestyle to support their unique energy so they can thrive in life and business
This week it's a short one! I've been enjoying a few days to regroup on a trip with Ruby and it's been so great to slow down and disconnect after feeling a little too squirrelly-brained over the last 2 weeks!
Change can be tricky, as wonderful as it is, because your brain is going to fight to keep what is it's form of normal - even if the change is good for you.
If it starts to feel like walking on a tightrope you're waiting to fall off of, a break is going to be one of the most powerful things you can do - even if it is for a day.
What could you do to create a mental and physical pause?
Go on a walk? Go for coffee with a friend? Watch a film? Take a mini break?
What do you need?
Yes, I'm moving into a third year of exploring rest in my personal journey - because change takes time and there are many layers.
In some areas of life I'm becoming more active and increasing my fitness across multiple areas of my life and business and with that increased intensity requires a more defined and deeper relationship with rest.
Have a great weekend!
