Have you noticed the number of impressions on your content dropping?

Here's my thoughts......

LinkedIn is playing around with the algorithm.

AGAIN???♂?

They do it every now and then, but here's the thing.?As long as you are.....

(You know what I'm going to say next don't you)

Consistent.

Then you will be ok.?The platform will right itself and it'll be fine again.?We should still be getting similar engagement (compared to impressions) and you have to remember that everyone is in the same boat so those who give up will be the losers.

You'll be ok because you are creating content regularly.

You are, aren't you?

How cool is this??A day dedicated to random acts of kindness.?I do this all the time, especially in the supermarket when I have a huge trolley.?I often let people through, especially if they only have a bottle of milk.?Why should they wait??The smiles you get are brilliant and then that person will let someone out of a side road on their way to work.?Being kind needn't cost money, just your time.?What do you do or how can you embrace this??Why not become a RAKtivist?

Food Porn

I shared a photo of my fish finger sandwich yesterday and got people talking.?Do you have any culinary secrets that you could share??Top tips in the kitchen or just some of your extravagant creations??We all love food and by talking about some of your favourites we'll get to know more about you, especially if you are a whizz in the kitchen.?And if you are not, maybe share some of your disasters.?It would be a great post for a Fun Friday!!

UK Athletics Indoor Championships

This is Birmingham next weekend.?Are you a fitness fan, do you follow athletics??Does anyone in your team have a sideline on the track or field??Working hard for a championship is like preparing our business so there are many parallels that you could share too.?There is always something to talk about with a big sporting fixture!

Customer Service

Have you had great customer service this week??I am pulling my hair out with one of my suppliers, but on the whole, I get awesome customer service from everyone that I deal with.?It's just the bigger companies who let me?down.?Share the wonderful people who have given you great customer service, lets's not use LinkedIn to bash those who get it wrong.
