What constitutes to being a Great Leader?

So much talk on the subject, but what's more important is how you lead yourself in 2024.

I'm not saying we can't identify what makes a great leader, but our emotional intelligence must guide our inner feelings; anything else is a long road to learning.

Great leaders know their core EQ so well they don't shout orders; they relish opportunities, building new learning engines for leadership development.

We're all learning the new ways of business faster than ever and sometimes need an element of surprise.

In tough times, like now with two wars in Europe, leaders must dig deep, growing brands and teams with support, love, kindness, and empathy.

Great leaders help all in different ways of learning leadership development, recognizing mistakes as integral to learning about Business Leadership.

Leading ourselves sometimes means strategic rest, a new skill I'm learning myself.

Standing together as one team of leadership makes sense to me; does it to you?

Creating a better planet for leaders and those in need, including the homeless and the poor, is a better leadership hat to wear.

The choice is ours – make great leaders and help all in the world.

We all need to start giving more in love and kindness for brighter days for ALL.

Some are less fortunate, yet sometimes those in need make the best leaders in the world – leading in times of difficulty is needed across the world.

We're all too angry with each other; understanding that the future of great leadership starts with forgiveness.

Teaching others what great leadership is hard, but we come from a small past that developed into the world today.

Innovation along with bags of creativity are the elements of good teaching in leadership development.

No one cares more than innovation itself in terms of developing great leaders of tomorrow if the right frameworks are built.

And we must remember to do what is right, not just for global economies, but for the hope that the world continues to grow in helpfulness, not sadness.

No human is perfect; no leader is. So, don't be quick to judge your boss when they make a mistake – the empathy we need today will outlast tomorrow when the walls of climate change come thundering in.

We need to stop the lies that come down and destroy our clear thoughts of helping others.

The devil is real, and it's true that he walks upon the earth to destroy and lead us into trouble.

Stand fast, great leaders; we are a team.

We are one to help those that need us because we cannot hold back all on our own.

People may do wrong, and employees will leave, yet what remains seen is that we learn to speak the truth that matters.

The truth is that there is no greater leader than yourself leading and learning your emotions on a daily basis.

I announce that we shall move forward in learning more about emotional intelligence so we can lead in battle with no fear against the devil.

We must stand strong and fight as one.

That is what a great leader is.
