This quote from the book changed the way I perceive things in my daily life. We often try to control all variables, but sometimes we cannot, which generates anxiety and stress. This cycle repeats itself, generating a snowball effect that can have a negative impact on every aspect of our lives. Therefore, we need to let go and release our grip on those things.

The way we can change our lives and control our habits is by tracking them. Many things are on autopilot and embedded in our daily routine without us realizing it.
