What is the competition doing?
In a crowded marketplace, it is important to know what the competition is doing. When I speak to schools, I talk about the need to Google thyself and understand what prospective students are seeing. It is also important to Google the schools prospective students are using search engines to find out more information.
As the Search Engine Results Page (SERP) changes and updates, it is critical to be on top of it. The SERP is something I've posted about a lot on LinkedIn and my old blog. Even the bad parts.
