What Is Compass Concierge and Why Should You Use It?

You wanna put your house on the market but you don't have the money to get it all fixed up.

Of course, that's a lot of what we talk about, and the value that we add as real estate agents list on the listing side is helping people prepare for the market, and get their homes ready to sell.

And yet a lot of people don't have all the money to be able to fix up their house, or if they do have the money, they might not want to come out of pocket for those expenses.

And so in this post, I wanna talk about the compass concierge program, which is an amazing program and I wanna tell you a little bit about it.

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Nate Short, I've been a realtor in the local Bellevue, Seattle East Side area for over 20 years and I just want to talk a little bit about the? compass concierge, because it's one of the big reasons that I moved over to compass.

And the first thing is, talking a little bit about what the compass concierge program is.

What is the program?

Well, it's a program that was specifically designed to help people who don't have the money or don't want to come out of pocket for preparing their home for the market.

Compass will actually give you the money to prepare it.

And so that is an amazing thing that they, a value add that they're doing to help their clients.

And it's absolutely no cost.

Some people think, how many points are they gonna charge me?

Or how many hundreds or thousands of dollars are they gonna charge me?? to borrow this money.

And if you use a compass agent like myself, you don't have to pay any fees around that.

They just basically give you the money and then it comes out of the net proceeds.

So it's money that, you know, you would've spent, we're not just giving you a bunch of money, to fix up your house and not getting compensated back for it, but there's no,? finance charges.

So what are some of the advantages of using this amazing program?

Well, the first one is, that it's really helping people optimize their net proceeds. I think that's the biggest thing.

It's a huge value add.

We know that homes that are fixed up that look really amazing, they get top dollar, especially in this market because our inventory is so low.

Second thing that the compass concierges program helps with is selling these homes faster. So we know if they're properly prepared, they're properly marketed, it's gonna result in a higher, price for the home, but it's also going to represent and be able to,? actually realize a faster sale.

That's super important.

Third thing, I mentioned this already doesn't cost you anything.

There is no fees around or financing charges around borrowing this money. It's absolutely free if you use a compass agent like myself.

That's really cool.

And then the fourth thing is it's super easy. The paperwork is really easy to implement and to do and to get it, get those cheques so you can start paying whether it's a window washer or somebody that's, repairing a roof or a painter or a new carpet or whatever it is.

All of those things can be included in this compass concierge program.

Now how much can you borrow?

Well, that's actually capped at about 5% of the sales price of your house.

So if let's say your home's a million dollars, we're gonna lend you up to $5,000 just to,? improve the home.

And of course, it goes up from there.
