What a Company is?

Is it just ‘Name’ or ‘Brand’ or ‘Product’ or ‘Workplace’ or the ‘Co-Workers’? It can mean different things to different people with different perspectives.

For me it’s “us”. All of us working together towards a common goal is like a Symphony for me. Each with his / her own instrument (Expertise) contributing some tune to the large Orchestra (The Company).

Then there is the role of the Orchestrator (Leaders), who with swift and timely actions, leads the musicians towards delivering the perfect Symphony.

The standing applause that rings in our ears are nothing but the accolades that we get from the thrilled and spellbound audience (Satisfied Customers).  

As an Associates, let us dream together to deliver this Symphony repeatedly to a larger audience. I believe this is possible not just, because we have done this before but because as a Family we have thrived through all seasons emerged more creative, stronger & wiser.

The use of word ‘Family’ in place of ‘Team’ comes straight from my heart, because if we really think of it, we spent more than twice the time together than with our real family. I realized this long back and it has always been an extra effort to build that special bond with as many people as possible.

As a closing remark, I would like each one of us to think about what I have written at least once and make a promise to self to play our own part of the music to deliver the perfect Symphony to a standing ovation.
