What comes after a Minimum Viable Product?
CandidateGo
Ready-to-use, fully customisable on-line training courses to give your candidates the edge.
Well, in my experience this is where you talk to your customers and make decisions on how to develop your product. One step at a time. Progress over perfection.
This is the stage we are now at with CandidateGo and exciting developments are on the horizon. In fact, a whole new addition to the original product will be added in the next week and available for our educational recruitment agency partners as part of the existing package.
What we’ve learnt from our customers, and listening closely to them and their candidates, is that supply teachers and teaching assistants would like to have access to content such as specialist advice about how to manage behaviour, SEN advice, useful resources to use in the classroom and keep up-to-date with the latest educational practices and developments that affect them and their time in the classroom.
To keep this information fresh, engaging and up to the minute, we have developed a hub for candidates where they can find expert-led webinars, downloads, links and edu news.
So, whilst CandidateGo offers the must-have online training courses, CandidateCentral is an online resource where candidates can ‘pick & mix’ depending on what they need and what interests them. And of course the beauty of being a fully online hub, it means the content can be updated to stay up-to-the-minute with industry trends and government changes that affect schools and those who work in them.
