What is Chromatography using COLUMN?

Firstly - #Chromatography is the collective term for a set of laboratory techniques for the isolation of mixtures. It contains passing a mixture melted in a “mobile phase” though a stationery phase, white separates the analytic to be measured from other molecules in the mixture based on differential portioning coefficient result in differential retention on the stationery phase and thus changing the separation.

Use two different type of column chromatography process which may be analytical or preparative. The determination of preparative chromatography is to separate the components of a mixture for further use. Analytical chromatography is done usually with smaller amounts of material and is for measuring the relative proportions of analytics in a mixture.

Column chromatography is a preparative technique used to purify compounds depending on their hydrophobicity or polarity. In chromat ography, a mixture of molecules is isolated based on their differentials partitioning between a mobile phase and a stationery phase. The different size column could be used for this technique.
