What is ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is often defined as an AI model, but in reality it's a conversational agent, an online tool that was initially developed by Open AI, a company in the United States. When you use the free version of ChatGPT, for example, you have an underlying model that is GPT 3.5 turbo, and when you use the paid version, you are using GPT 4, which are Open AI models.?
Of course, we're using a tool that relies on models, LLMs, large language models, large language models and that makes everything conversational. In the end, that's the power of the tool, and it's all online.
For those of you who have already tried it out, I think you've all seen that the results were pretty impressive, especially compared to the user experience we're used to when we use more traditional boots, especially when it comes to sentence construction, which is very well done.?
We're dealing with clean semantics and construction elements such as a human would have done, whether in terms of punctuation, grammar, tabulation or context management.?
Until now, there have been two problems with Bots:?

ChatGPT is revolutionary in its handling of these 2 points, and it's in the iterative process that the tool's power comes to the fore. The first draft may not be optimal, but by refining its requests, the user can ultimately obtain a text that perfectly matches its expectations!
This is where knowledge of prompting is key, because it's only by knowing how to refine your request that it will meet your expectations.?
However, every tool has its limits, and ChatGPT is based on an architecture of so-called TRANSFORMER models, which have significantly improved the quality of these predictions thanks to a mechanism called "attention", which weights the words in a sentence in relation to each other, enabling better management of the "understanding" context, but these are still "prediction" models.
ChatGPT may give you coherent answers that are not necessarily true. This is known as hallucination, and one example is ChatGPT's famous answer to the question "What colour are cow's eggs??
So be careful when using ChatGPT's answers.?
