What are the characteristics of hook shot blasting machine?
The design of hanger of hook shot blasting machine requires that the number of hangers be mounted in the width direction to ensure that the pellets are thrown into the inner side of the opposite workpiece through the gap between the two workpieces; the hanger can be designed in multi-layers according to the specifications of zero-hook shot blasting machine parts, and we use 2-3 layers of hangers; the number of hangers in each layer should be full of the workpiece. It is suitable not to exceed the width. According to the specifications of our company's parts, 5 hooks and 7 hooks are used for 2 kinds of hooks. The side of the main hook can be added with auxiliary hooks for mounting small pieces.
When installing and hanging, use sleeve hanging as far as possible, that is, hang as much as possible without exceeding the maximum passing size, and the spacing between workpieces is more than 30 mm. If the upper row hangs large parts, the lower row of hook shot blasting machine can hang medium or small parts.
1. Hanger maintenance. As hangers are fragile parts, their wear will increase with shot blasting treatment. Therefore, hangers should be inspected before installation, and should be replaced in time if deformation or wear is serious. Maintenance workers should carry out weekly inspection, find serious deformation or wear should be repaired in time to ensure that no drop occurs.
2. Degreasing. The purpose of degreasing is to remove oil stains on the surface of the workpiece. The dust with oil pollution will stick to the shot blasting dust to form sludge after shot blasting, which will affect the painting quality. At the same time, the oil pollution will block the dust removal filter, which will reduce the service life of the filter. In serious cases, it will block the dust removal equipment and lead to the scrap of the dust removal equipment. The degreasing of shot blasting line in truck factory adopts a jet treatment system with heating. The technological requirements are as follows: the temperature is 40-70 C, and the concentration of tank liquid is 1-5 points. The production should be adjusted in time to ensure that the scope of process requirements is met. The shot blasting line of cross beam should also control the injection pressure in the range of 0.2-0.4 MPa, which is too low to clean and too high to knock down the workpiece from the hanger. Cleaning and maintenance: changing water once a week for degreasing tank and thoroughly cleaning sediment; cleaning filter every 2 hours; adjusting nozzle once a day, demanding accurate direction, not blocking hook shot blasting machine plug; cleaning pipeline twice a month.
3.Wash in water. Water washing equipment is similar to degreasing. It also uses jet treatment system with heating, but only controls the temperature (40-70 C), does not need to control the concentration. Other management is the same as degreasing.
4 drains. Longitudinal shot blasting is forced leaching by compressed air blowing, while cross beam shot blasting is centrifugal leaching by rotary hook shot blasting machine, which is automatic control. The requirement is that the floating water on the surface of the workpiece can be basically drained to reduce the pressure of drying and save energy.
5. Drying; the drying temperature should be 70-120 C to ensure that the residual water on the surface of the workpiece is cleaned. The key point of drainage and drying management is to remove the moisture from the surface of the workpiece. The consequence of water-carrying workpiece entering shot blasting machine is more serious than that of oil-carrying workpiece. Firstly, after shot blasting of water-carrying workpiece, rust easily occurs, which affects the quality of coating. Secondly, water entering shot blasting machine can lead to rust and agglomeration of dust produced by steel shot and shot blasting, resulting in blockage of shot conveying system and dust removal system of shot blasting machine, which will lead to scrap of two systems in serious cases. Therefore, the production must ensure the removal of water on the surface of the workpiece hook shot blasting machine.
