What are the characteristics of G-type refractory bricks and H-type bricks used in precalciner kilns?

The cement precalciner kiln is an advanced kiln with the characteristics of high temperature, high pressure and high rotation speed. These characteristics require us to accurately control the construction accuracy and brick material when constructing refractory bricks.

The refractory bricks used in cement precalcining kilns need to withstand high temperatures up to 1450°C, so materials with excellent thermal stability and high refractoriness need to be selected. Commonly used refractory brick materials include high alumina, clay and corundum.?

G-type refractory bricks are one of the commonly used refractory materials in precalciner kilns and have excellent fire resistance and mechanical strength. Its main features include:

High temperature stability: G-type refractory bricks can maintain stability at extremely high temperatures and effectively resist the effects of high temperatures in the kiln.

Excellent corrosion resistance: Since a large amount of alkali vapor and sulfide will be produced in the pre-calcining kiln, G-type refractory bricks have good corrosion resistance and can effectively protect the kiln.

High mechanical strength: G-type refractory bricks have high mechanical strength and are not easily damaged, ensuring long-life operation of the kiln.

Good thermal shock stability: G-type refractory bricks can withstand the impact of rapid changes in temperature, reducing the risk of damage caused by poor thermal shock stability. H-type bricks are also one of the commonly used refractory materials in precalciner kilns. Their characteristics include:

Good high temperature stability: H-shaped bricks can maintain stable performance at high temperatures, ensuring the normal operation of the kiln.

Excellent corrosion resistance: Similar to G-type refractory bricks, H-type bricks also have good corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of harmful gases in the kiln.

High mechanical strength: H-shaped bricks have high mechanical strength and are not easily damaged, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the kiln.

Good thermal shock stability: H-shaped refractory bricks can withstand the impact of rapid temperature changes, extending the service life of the kiln.
