There is a lot of difference between the Sahithi of 2019 and the Sahithi of 2024. I couldn't even recognize myself, not in terms of physical appearance but in terms of mental, emotional, and spiritual evolution.
I did certain things in my life that helped me drastically. Here are some major changes I did in my life:
1) I redirected myself inward to see what needed fixing rather than complaining about the whole world.
2) I dared to take risks and work on my traumas and limiting beliefs, even though revisiting my past hurt me emotionally.
3) I gave up on certain friendships and people in my life who were constantly manipulating and dragging each other down.
4) I allowed myself to open up enough to connect and learn from new people who helped me grow as a better human being and gave me great life insights.
5) I took a calculated risk in changing my career to what I am passionate about.
6) I did not succumb to societal pressure to do certain things at a certain time and only with certain people.
7) I dared to own my authenticity, including my mistakes, imperfections, and triggers.
8) I learned the importance of self-love, self-worth, and well-being as a whole (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial).
9) I stopped people-pleasing, over-explaining, and worrying too much about judgment from people.
10) I learned to be at peace with the fact that " I am imperfect " and stopped criticizing myself for each and everything.
As a result of all this: I realized my potential and used it to help people in the way I can. Life is hard.
Either we can use it to create something beautiful or bitter.
"It's all in our minds."
